Using the service
Users may access COSMO only for lawful business or professional purposes and must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and comply with applicable laws and third-party platform terms.
Accounts and workspaces
Workspace owners are responsible for the people they invite, the permissions they grant and the data or connected services they authorize. COSMO may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or third parties from misuse or security risk.
Plans, billing and limits
Free and paid plans may include limits on exports, users, markets, destinations, history and workspaces. Current public plan limits are shown on the Pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew according to the checkout terms unless cancelled. Enterprise pricing and limits may be defined in an order form.
Customer content and connected services
Customers retain rights in their designs, brand assets and content. By using COSMO, customers authorize COSMO to process that content only as needed to provide requested workflows. Third-party services such as Figma, Klaviyo and Stripe are governed by their own terms and availability; COSMO is not responsible for changes made by those providers outside COSMO’s control.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, authentication, workspace isolation or security controls.
- Do not use COSMO to distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive or malicious material.
- Do not probe, scrape or overload the service in a way that materially harms other users or infrastructure.
- Do not use credentials or connected accounts without authorization from the relevant account owner.
Availability and changes
COSMO may evolve, add or retire features and integrations. Beta, preview and coming-soon features are not guaranteed production functionality. COSMO will not intentionally present a future integration as already available.
Warranties and liability
Except where an applicable law or signed commercial agreement provides otherwise, COSMO is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. Liability terms for paid or Enterprise customers should be defined in the applicable commercial agreement and reviewed for the governing jurisdiction before launch.
Termination
Users may stop using COSMO or cancel paid subscriptions subject to the applicable billing terms. COSMO may terminate or suspend access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk or non-payment, with reasonable notice where appropriate.
Legal operator and governing terms
The final contracting legal entity, governing law, notices address and jurisdiction-specific terms must be identified in the applicable commercial documentation before paid production launch. COSMO does not invent placeholder company details on this page.
